As a club we have done hundreds of demonstrations in the past 12 years. We talk to school children about the Iditarod sled dog race and training sled dogs. We also have appeared at the St. Louis Home Show and have put on many demonstrations for the scouts. Along with training sled dogs, we also cover basic dog training, responsible dog ownership, and pet care. We have recently become active in demonstrations at local nursing homes, where a short pulling and obedience demonstration is followed by dog tricks and a petting session for the residents to enjoy visiting with the dogs.
